Only 20 minutes from Old Town Puerto Vallarta, yet so much different. A traditional Mexican village, offering a relaxed uncommercial stay. It is a small, rustic, bustling fishing village. The Malecon location offers easy walks within Boca de Tomatlan. Palapa restaurants, taco stands, cafes, and markets just minutes from the Villa. Studio Apartment #3 has two balconies, one facing the waterfront and a smaller balcony facing eastward and Gaviota street. The balcony has a Parota table and two chairs, plus a lounge chair. This second-floor apartment is bathed in natural light, and with our hillside location, provides a great panoramic water and tropical forest view. Its open architecture features traditional beamed ceilings.
