Building is family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. Location ( 2 min to the Killington Access Rd. restaurants, shops, and lounges ) and 2 more min to the Killington Resort Ski Slopes. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big single and mixed groups. I will REDUCE YOUR RATE if you have 10 or less. Sorry the 3rd night free and 4th night free is only available on normal weekends not holiday weekends or weeks.

Mandatory rental of Linen Charge is $15 per bed sheets and $15 per person for towels or bring your own towels.
All dirty should be left in a linen bags or in a pillow case left by the exit spot provided.
**Additional Fees:
House Cleaning [light Clean] = $250
Air conditioning fee = Permission must be asked fist to the owner for tenant bringing their own air conditioning, the maintenance person will help to install the air conditioners if okayed.
Mandatory fee for each air conditioner is $50 per night. Example= 1 air conditioner per 3 days is $150 and 2 air conditioners per 3 days is $300.
EACH ADDITIONAL NIGHT IS $50.00 PER NIGHT.If the entire hot tub has to be drained cleaned and completely rechemicalized after the initial filling and 1st full service the charge is an additional $300 for another 3 days or less.The 2nd total service is upon tenant request or if the tub is no longer sanitary the tub will be closed down or reserviced at the tenants request and there charge.
The extra fees for beyond 3 nights of hot tub at $50 per night and linens or towels fees will be added on after booking.

There is a total of 17 beds in the house ...3 are hide a beds in 2 living areas.
Please be advised that maintenance will be coming in daily to check the hot tub and the swimming pool.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Anyone 21 or younger must have a parent co-signer as well as an additional cash security deposit per person as well as a copy of a valid ID of the renter, if the renter refuses to show me the ID I will be cancelling the booking.
For any small , large or electrical appliance or tents or outside fire pit , permission must be asked and granted before bringing over to the property . A cost would be assessed and added for such extra amenities .
A government issued photo or school I.D MUST be presented for every person staying at the property upon booking .
