The Space:
The yard is spectacular with an impeccably kept garden, fruit trees, private pool, tennis court, terraces and even an access door that steps out the the Ajijic Malecon. If you want to come enjoy and explore Ajijic, this is the place to come and stay, since everything is at your finger tips and most important within walking distance.
The laundry area is located on the right side after the entrance gate.
Guest Access:
The property has solar heated pool, garden with exotic plants, tennis courts, laundry, direct access to Ajijic malecon. For short and long term welcome.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

There are 3 houses that share this property and the pool.
This casita has 1 king size bed for each bedroom.
The bedrooms have a door in between.

How do I get from Don Miguel Hidalgo Y Costilla International Airport to Casa Del Lago?
A safe and secure Taxi service is available at the airport. Passengers are required to pay posted zone rates at the Taxi Stand located inside the airport. No money is exchanged with the drivers unless you provide a cash tip. Payment for taxi services may be made in Mexican pesos or credit card, they do provide an exchange service for U.S. dollars but the rate may be high. ATM's are also located inside the Airport terminal and can provide you with a quick and easy way to obtain local currency using your international bank debit card.

Yes, we offer free-gated parking for our guests within the property.
Is there WIFI available at Casa Del Lago?
Yes, we offer free password protected WIFI to all our guests.
How can I travel around the area?
Casa Del Lago is located in the central part of Ajijic village and is just a quick walk to many of the restaurants, shops and services. 24 hour taxi service is also available with reasonable local fares. Also public transportation is available; it's safe, efficient and very affordable.
Please take note that tap water in the property is not drinkable. You can only use that to clean, brush teeth, and bathe.

* Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time.

* Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
