The second floor also contains a large deck running along the front of the house and a screened-in porch in the rear of the house off the kitchen.
The third floor contains the washer and dryer, a loft overlooking the second floor living space, and two bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms contain their own en suite bathroom, with the master bedroom also providing a small private deck.
