This apartment is ideal for 2 people who love travel since it has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay, however it can accommodate up to 4 people since it has 1 double bed and a sofa bed if you are looking to save on accommodation this it is an excellent option for you
Remember that if you require the air conditioning service, it has an extra cost of 100 per day.
The arrival at the accommodation is completely autonomous and with a lot of privacy, the entrance is direct from the street, the door opens with a security code which is provided once the guest arrives at the accommodation.
It is an economic apartment with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, the door leads directly to the street and you can park right in front of the apartment.
In order to offer a low price for the rent, we decided to charge the air conditioning service separately since some guests do not use it, so if you require it, it has an extra cost of 100 per day.
Remember that when you arrive at the apartment you will be asked for an official identification for the safety of all our guests, without it the apartment cannot be delivered to you and no refund is made

Es un departamento economico con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable la puerta da directo a la calle y puedes estacionarte justo frente al departamento.
Para poder ofrecer un precio bajo por la renta es que decidimos cobrar el servicio de aire acondicionado aparte ya que algunos huespedes no lo ocupan, por lo cual si lo requieres tiene un costo de $100 extra x dia
Es importante mencionar que para poder ofrecer el precio mas bajo del mercado hemos eliminado el servicio de Toallas de baño ya que la mayoría de nuestros huéspedes viajan con su propia toalla y aun asi se les cobraba este servicio, para evitarlo decidimos bajar nuestra tarifa de limpieza y eliminar este servicio en caso de requerir Toallas tendrán un costo de $50 pesos por concepto de Lavandería y se deberán solicitar un dia antes solo en caso de requerirlas.
Recuerda que al llegar al departamento se te pedira una identificacion oficial por la seguridad de todos nuestros huespedes, sin ella no se te podra entregar el departamento y no se hace ningun reembolso
