Downstairs you will find a fully furnished den, complete with 52" plasma TV, stereo, seating, and a wood burning fireplace. The couch pulls out to be an extra bed. Downstairs also features a full bath, washer/dryer and walk out to a brick patio, and fully fenced back yard.
