Beautiful large house, just 500 meters from Bahía de Miramar beach, accommodates up to 12 people with a terrace overlooking the sea. It has a heated pool for colder seasons with lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, a BBQ in a spacious garden with a dining area and a covered bar with a plasma screen next to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, with air conditioning throughout the house and in all rooms, internet, streaming platforms, excellent WIFI connection, a bathroom and shower by the pool area, and 3 full bathrooms inside the house.
Only 10 minutes on foot from Miramar Bay and 10 minutes by car from downtown Guaymas. Close to convenience stores, supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. It's a modern and comfortable home with top-quality finishes and decor, making you feel like you're on a luxury vacation, ideal for family or friends' vacations.

Sonora Dolphinarium
Just 10 minutes by car, it's an excellent place to visit with family. It's open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It has an aquarium, you can swim with dolphins, and there are dolphin and sea lion shows. They also offer therapies for people with special needs. Entry fees are quite affordable. Swimming with dolphins costs extra, ranging from 800 to 1,600 pesos per person, depending on the chosen experience.
El Estero del Soldado
15 minutes by car. It's a protected natural area where you can spend a day surrounded by nature with three types of mangroves. You can engage in eco-friendly activities like mountain biking with two routes: 1. A 3km beginner route, and 2. A 5km expert route. You can kayak on the lagoon, hike, visit a beach called "La Casa del Cangrejo" where you can observe hundreds of tiny hermit crabs and fiddler crabs, and birdwatching. There's a small museum for more information about the reserve. Activities are family-friendly, and visits are organized in groups. The schedule is: 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, Wednesday to Sunday. The general entrance fee is 20 pesos, and activities have an additional cost depending on the package.
I also recommend visiting other nearby beaches in San Carlos, such as Los Algodones, Piedras Pintas, San Francisco, and Las Mangas.
You have access to the entire property, except for the service room.
The idea is for you to feel at home, comfortable, and fully independent, but we always have someone available who will check on you if needed.
The house is located one block from the Playa de Cortez Hotel and two blocks from the beach, with everything you need nearby, in a safe neighborhood.
You can arrive by car or public transport, which passes at the corner of our block.
We have a grill for you to make fantastic meals and barbecues in our pool area and bar terrace.

Known as the "Pearl of the Sea of Cortez," it's a city that still retains its legacy from ancient times in some of its buildings and streets, as it was once territory ruled by the Guaymas, Seri, and Yaqui tribes. Later, it became home to the Jesuit missions of San José de Guaymas, established by missionaries Eusebio Kino and José María Salvatierra.

As you wander, take a break and enjoy the beautiful sunset reflected in the Plaza 13 de Julio, and admire its beautiful Moorish kiosk founded in the 19th century.
The Municipal Market awaits you to delight your palate with regional snacks and to buy crafts like "palo fierro," baskets, and arrangements made of shells and sea creatures, as well as clothing and footwear.
There's plenty to do in Guaymas.
Under the sunset, take a walk along the pier, visit the dolphinarium, head to the beaches, and engage in activities like golf, sport fishing, horseback riding, cycling, diving, and kayaking.
Guaymas can be reached from the cities of Hermosillo and Ciudad Obregón in about an hour and 40 minutes by car.
