Eight bedrooms, eight baths, dedicated office space, three living rooms, a two-floor primary suite, a professional kitchen, kayaks, a swim-up dock, and five acres of privacy. The former Coveside B&B is now the perfect place for your escape.
The Main Home was built in the late 1800s and has been meticulously maintained with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The first floor boasts a living room, family den, office space, a chef-ready Wolf kitchen (2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, Subzero fridge, etc), a dining room to seat 16, a half bath, and the MacMahan bedroom and ensuite full bathroom. The second floor hosts the Primary Suite, Arrowsic, Malden, and Georgetown Rooms and Bathrooms. The Home opens onto expansive lawn and ocean views with 4 teak dining tables ready for a lobster bake, Adirondack chairs, kayaks, and peaceful Maine coastline.
Constructed entirely of pine, the Cottage was designed after the summer seaside cottages of the early 1900s. The three spacious bedrooms and baths are bright and airy, each with a private screened deck overlooking the water and a comfortable sitting area with gas fireplace. Downstairs, the door opens to a cozy kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot) and comfortable living area oriented around the fireplace and ocean views. The Suite on this this primary level with a Queen bed, full bath, in-room fireplace, and private screened porch. Upstairs, there is a Primary Suite with King bed, private sitting area, in-room fireplace, full bath, and private screened porch. There is also a small desk here, in case you need to sneak away for an email or two. Can't forget for the most fun space in the house! The Kennebec Children's Suite has two Twin beds, a Toddler bed hideaway, wooden toys, a full bath, and a safe, screened porch. If you prefer to use this space for adults, we can remove the toddler bed and turn on the fireplace.

We have 2 EV Chargers (1 Tesla and 1 Standard), 4 ocean kayaks, a swim-up dock, private woods for hiking, cozy fireplaces, and screened porches to watch the lobster boats. The second floor of the barn has a heated and cooled Home Gym including a Peloton Bike, Free Weights, Nordic Track, and recumbent bike.
