You’ll love this apartment! It is large, yet cozy, and perfect for the whole family, a business trip, or students needing a safe and quiet place to study and live. There is plenty of private bedroom space, and a great open-concept communal space. The living room, with comfy couches and TV w/ Amazon Firestick, leads directly to the kitchen with island and dining table for up to 10-12!
**Please note** This is a walk-up building, meaning no elevator. The entrance to the apartment is up 2 small flights of stairs, and there's 1 small flight of stairs within the apartment. The staircase was intentionally made to be low-profile to make for a comfortable walking. It's quite a breeze getting up to the apartment!
***Please note*** If a stay extends beyond the confirmed dates, without a pre-approved extension, all guests will enter into a new agreement to pay a daily rental rate of $500 per night. This will only apply if a guest fails to leave the rental at the agreed upon date and an extension is not offered or agreed upon.
