Montecristo Estates is a secure, gated community located just above Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort. Free 24-hour golf cart service will chauffeur you around the resort any time you desire. Concierge service provided at no charge. Optional all-inclusive packages give you access to free dining and drinks at all of the resort’s 20+ restaurants, pool grills and bars.
You will be greeted with fabulous marble floors and baths, granite countertops, gourmet stainless steel appliances and elegant furnishings, private laundry room, covered parking and a deluxe Weber gas grill. A full-length terrace provides spectacular views of the ocean and overlooks the Quivira golf course. This of course can be viewed from the 6-person jetted hot tub.
Large Kitchen features custom cabinetry, gourmet stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and food prep island. The dining area has a table large enough for 6 adults with room for 2 more at the kitchen bar top. All kitchen utensils, pots & pans, plates and glassware are provided.
Two spacious Living Areas on two separate floors gives you plenty of room to stretch out or get a little privacy. The upper level living room is a great area for sitting and visiting. The lower living area features two sofas and a pull-out sleeper for two. There are 5 satellite flat screen TV’s throughout the villa.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, beautiful vaulted ceiling and flat screen TV with a sliding door to upper terrace. En-suite bath features beautiful marble and travertine tile with a double-bowl vanity, large walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Guest Room #1, located on the upper floor also has a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. En-suite bath with marble and travertine tile, single bowl vanity and whirlpool tub/shower.
Guest Room #2, located on the lower level has two Queen size beds and flatscreen TV. En-suite bath with marble and travertine tile, large shower and large vanity with large mirror.
Upper Level Terrace is the full length of the villa with dining space and plenty of seating. Deluxe Weber gas grill and 6-person hot tub. Exterior staircase to the large, lower level patio with a private infinity pool.
