No. 311 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Slow M'Ocean". This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up on the third floor and guests can take in those ocean views from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

It has two Queen beds in the bedroom, as well as a Queen murphy bed in the living room, giving everyone plenty of space both night and day. This condo also has a bathtub and shower combo, which makes it convenient for families with younger children.
Slow M'Ocean also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.
The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.
