Its a recently renovated two bedroom one bath cozy and comfortable apartment for our guests to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.The apartment sits on the first floor of the building (there are only two apartments in the unit) so there is not too much traffic in the building.The listing features two adjoining bedrooms with a queen size bed and the two twin beds respectively and a common space with a fully equipped eat in kitchen.We provide fresh linens and towels,separate air conditioners/heating control units in each room , hi speed WiFi,cable tv,coffee,tea,hair dryer and iron at the guest connivence.Its a great space for couples,solo,business travelers and families with kids.You must be able to climb one flight of stairs as the staircase maybe a little steep to reach you apartment.Public street parking is also available. Parkslope is a super safe neighborhood with tons restaurants,bars and also a laundromat and supermarket on the block.The closest Prospect avenue subway station is a short five minute walk with only a 20 minute ride into lower Manhattan.
