Great pool and close to the beach, Newly decorated. Lovely townhouse on the second floor for privacy. Upon entering the condo, you have a living room/dining room, kitchen, half bath and screened balcony w/pool view. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath completely remodeled with walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, as well as the living room. Washer/Dryer and WIFI available in Club House.
Manor is one of Marco's preferred condominiums, conveniently located in the center on the island, in close proximity to public beach access, shopping, numerous restaurants, and everything our Island Paradise has to offer.
$20 deposit for their Parking Permit (which is refunded upon their departure)
$25 for a Registration Fee. Must check in with office on arrival.
PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
