In the heart of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island rests this charming pet-friendly home just steps to the beaches. Misty Beach is a charming coastal home with a flamingo-shaded exterior, quickly moving you onto island time. The interior showcases island artwork, creating a welcoming and calming environment. Misty Beach has two bedrooms on separate sides of the home, perfect for two couples, or a small family getaway. Misty Beach lies within a stone's throw of the trolley stops where guests can easily hop on for a free ride to nearby shopping and restaurants, or guests can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico within easy walking distance.
As you enter through the front door, the fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area invite you inside. With granite countertops and a glass top stove, any guest would feel enchanted to cook up something delicious. The breakfast bar serves as the ideal spot to enjoy french toast and orange juice in the morning while the dining room table gathers everyone together for dinner and conversation.
Misty Beach offers an open dining and living area and includes a separate sitting area and desk workspace should the need arise. The living room provides several options for relaxation and entertainment (where guests can enjoy a movie or curl up with a book). The sofa adds additional sleeping options if desired.
Through the telescoping sliding doors, the home opens to a private heated pool and fully-fenced yard. A variety of outside seating is available, including stylish Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges in the pool area, an outside dining area that seats six, where any meal of the day can be enjoyed outdoors. The grill provides additional options for guests. Sun relief is provided by two separate umbrellas; one providing coverage over the pool, another covering the table. In addition, there is an extendable canopy to provide even more shade.
French doors connect the outside and inside dining areas. The front corner bedroom is to the left, offering a queen-sized bed and ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is just off the sitting area with a king bed. The accompanying bathroom is just out the door and to the right with a full tub, shower, and double vanity.
