You've found your LA home base! Many things to love about this place. A big house with 4 bedrooms sleeping comfortably 10 people. A huge kitchen, a nice backyard, and a game room in our garage allow you to entertain your family or just friend hang outs. The house is super close to SOFI stadium / LAX, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, and is close to 405 freeway and major streets. It is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. You, your family, or your friends would really enjoy this house.
- Upon getting from front door, you will be in the living room of the house, which has sofa, couple of chairs, and poufs. It has a 60 inches TV.
- Right next to the living room is the dinning room with 8 chairs. In the back of the house behind the dinning room is the nice big kitchen with an island. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.
Bedroom No.1: To the left of the living room is the first bedroom with a queen bed and a 55 inches TV.
Bedroom No.2: Left side of the kitchen is the second bedroom with two double beds and a walk-in closet. This can sleep 4 people.
Bedroom No.3: has a day bed which has a pull out you can sleep two people.
Bedroom No.4: The huge master bedroom is in the back of the house with a king bed, a work desk, dresser, and a comfortable love seat, side table to enjoy. It is a beautiful room.
- In the back yard we have an outdoor dinning tables with 6 chairs and string light for enjoying LA outdoor. We have a gas grill.
- In the garage we have a pingpong table and a foos ball table for your entertainment.
- There is a long driveway that can fit at least 3-4 cars.
- Front and backyard have nice landscaping.
- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
- Washer and dryer is available to use with a small fee
- We are not refilling the BBQ gas tank so you would have to take the empty tank to home depot which is very close to the house and exchange.
- Fireplace is not available for use.
- Overnight street parking in Inglewood is required a permit. Please don't park overnight.
- There is a pet fee if you have pets
