You'd love the brightness and modern feel of this spacious house. It's in a quiet circle yet close to all the attractions the North Shore and Boston offer. The kitchen is fully equipt with everything you'll need to cook a scrumptious meal. The bathrooms have electronic bidets. Our driveway parking fits 3-4 cars. It has a beautiful yard with a deck and gas grill to relax and cook outside whilst later, you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows. A short stroll will get you to the beautiful untouched Preston Beach where you can spend your days collecting hermit crabs, gazing in search for whales or build sand castles. There are a couple of playgrounds and ball fields adjacent to the house with an immediate access through the yard's back gate. The rail trail, which is a street away, is great for biking and hiking into old town Marblehead or Salem with their historical sites and buzzing restaurants. If you'd rather drive, it's a 5 minutes to Marblehead downtown, Devereux Beach with its Neck Run Cafe or 10 minutes to Salem. With Boston only 12 miles away, you can take the 20-25 minutes commuter rail ride to from either Swampscott or Salem.
