Cute street with a funny name in Howie Acres neighborhood in Charlotte. Neighborhood is mostly filled with old nieghbors who have lived here for generations. Family’s and couples in their 20’s and 30’s
Very close to NODA and lynx light rail station s a 5 min walk away if public transit would be helpful during your stay.
Getting Around:
You'll have one designated parking spot in the driveway, with additional street parking available. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, offering convenient access to NODA and light rail public transit. Alternatively, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible for exploring the city.
Other Things to Note:
This size of this space is kinda like living out of an RV. It small and cozy. A new 50gallon Hot water tank has been installed. No more 4 min showers. : )

Please note there will be a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay (so we can pay our stellar cleaning staff to deep clean any pet hair or accidents that may happen, so it is spotless for our next guests!)
