Escape to the mountains! This hidden gem one bedroom penthouse apartment accommodates two adults. Enjoy shared access to pool and outdoor areas. This is an adults-only property and no visits are allowed. Your adventure awaits narrow roads and steep hills to get to our countryside location. Expect potential outside noise from nature and neighbors.
We give our guests space but make ourselves available when needed.
Private rural area but close enough to the beach (20 minute car ride) & to downtown Rincón (15 minute ride). The ride to Ocaso is uphill and some roads that lead to the property are narrow. The property is located on one of the highest peaks of the area but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get there.
