New sofa, chair and ottoman in the porch! New carpet in great room and new covers on the sofas! This cottage is the only model that has a second half bathroom in the Guestroom! Also there are two dining areas and two living areas which is fairly unique in this community as well. You will be very close to the Clubhouse in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage. There is no need for extra expense with a golf cart! This also has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms. Please note that there are beds for four people, and two full size sofas for persons 5, and 6!! The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, clock/radio, ceiling fan, 2 night tables, a hamper, and plenty of drawer space. Washer and dryer. The bed has a mattress topper and foam topper. The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle that can be rearranged. Currently set up as 2 single beds. This makes it very flexible for guests. The half bath opens to the second bedroom. The living room has two full size sofas for additional seating. Also, there is free WiFi, and you have the ability to connect to Netflix and Pandora on the brand new TV through the Blu-Ray player! The living room is stocked with books, DVDs, and games. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy dinners and drinks and there is also an additional table and chair. Counters are solid surface. We have a second seating area In the porch with a brand new loveseat, chair and ottoman. The dining table is round and has a built in leaf. There is a television and custom blinds on the door and all windows for added privacy. Outside there is new landscaping, solar lighting, and an outdoor table with two chairs. Also included is a gas grill. **Although there are two full size sofas in the Livingroom, they are not considered beds** *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book.
