The home's exterior features a spacious wrap around deck perfect for grilling on the charcoal grill. Enjoy evening bonfires around the cement patio fire pit. Perfect for girls' weekend, family getaways or corporate gatherings, the American Great Outdoors sleeps a maximum of 15 people.
The main floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The roomy kitchen is well stocked and comes with full size appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy your morning coffee at the quant, convenient coffee bar located next to the kitchen and dining room, which has a large dining table with ample seating. The open layout has a roomy living room featuring cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace and a large TV perfect for winding down after a fun day at the waterpark! A second bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom in the hallway complete the layout of the first floor.
For privacy and added space, head upstairs where a third bedroom with two queen beds and loft are perched.
