Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
