- Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the Guest Contact or Property Manager at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, Arrowhead Lake issues a $100 late fee. Same-day registrations will not be accepted
- Temporary membership (age 6+) fees are as follows: $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season). There is an additional transaction fee per rental of $20 and a gate card fee of $20 per vehicle required
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front of the home facing the driveway and front entrance area. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera actively records video and audio
- No more than 12 guests are allowed at the property at any time. The guest who booked the property must be present with guests at all times
