Situated on over three private acres and just three miles from the boutiques of downtown Littleton, this hand-hewn lodge is within 30minutes of leading ski resorts, mountains, and lakes.
The space:
The Loj is outfitted with all modern conveniences for pre-adventures, post-adventures, and city escapes.
The main floor includes a large eat-in kitchen with hand-cut countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a cast-iron farm sink, and a Keurig. The large living room has a double-doored wood-burning fireplace on one side and mountain views on the other. A cozy ground floor lounge is a great place to plan expeditions, hikes, and ski trips. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a reading nook. Two of the three bedrooms have mountain views (while the other is a comfy hideaway); the master has 16ft ceilings and a vintage chandelier for the romantics.
For the skiers, opportunities abound with many of New England’s greatest resorts all within an easy drive: 20 minutes to Cannon, 30mins to Bretton Woods and Loon, within an hour to Attitash, Wildcat, Waterville Valley, and 90 minutes to Jay Peak and Stowe. 7 minutes to swimming in the Ammonoosuc River or 15 minutes to one of three nearby lakes. Great hiking and xc skiing in virtually every direction.

Other things to note:
*The Loj has two spiral staircases and may not be appropriate for young children or those with mobility issues.
*Driveway is steep, but regularly plowed. If you are coming in winter, and it is snowing, a 4x4 is a good idea. Parking at the bottom of the driveway and walking up is always an option, but not always everyone's first choice!
