The first floor will feature 3 bedrooms (2 king2 & 1 w/built in bunkbeds featuring a twin/queen), 2 bathrooms, Laundry Room and a Family Room/6th bedroom feature, built-in cabinetry, a beverage fridge & access to the rear deck & pool area. Also the room can easily be utilized as a 6th bedroom, as it will have a door for privacy and a closet & a Queen sofa bed. The 2nd floor features a spacious Great Room, hall bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom w/2 twin beds & Master Suite with a King bed). The owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure.
