This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too.Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $45 per dog/per night, which is collected separately.
This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.

Pets:
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $45 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.
If it is discovered that an unauthorized pet was there, the charge is $80/per pet per night. Please contact us to notify us of your pet ahead of time.
If you have a shedding dog, please bring sheets to cover the couch and the bed comforters to avoid excess cleaning fees.
All pet waste must be picked up.
Pets must be in a crate when you are away from the home.
Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
Guests are responsible for all damage to the property, appliances, furniture, excess cleaning etc caused by the pet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer w/ice maker, stove, dual oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and traditional coffee maker.
Also available are pots and pans, bbq utensils, baking sheets, kitchen towels, dishes, utensils, hot pads/oven mitt, glassware and wine glasses.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
