Reflecting the history of New Orleans as the major trading point with the Caribbean, our B&B guest rooms are well appointed in a mix of traditional new Orleans styles. Elegant in their simplicity, each one was carefully planned for a relaxing night’s sleep.
Guest rooms include: private bathrooms w/shower, hardwood floors, armoires, ceiling fans, guest-controlled air conditioning, televisions, microwave and mini-frig.
Rooms 1-4 feature 12-foot ceilings with 1 & 3 having in-room direct access to the namesake wrap-around balcony.
2 Master suites (rooms #5 & #6)
In addition to the appointments common to all the rooms, the master suites includes comfortable separate living and bedroom areas. The living room areas includes a dining table for four, microwave, refrigerator, and television (the sofa functions as queen size pull-out bed).
The bedrooms features a queen size bed and is furnished with traditional French New Orleans and Indochina style furniture.
Room 1
Features charming queen size hard wood sleigh bed, corner armoire, and (2) French double doors opening onto our namesake wrap-around balcony.
Room 2
Features a queen size hardwood sleigh bed and a java armoire.
Room 3
Features a queen size sleigh bed and French doors opening onto a semi private balcony. This room is furnished with traditional French New Orleans and Indochina style furniture.
Room 4
Features a queen size java bed. This room is furnished with traditional New Orleans and Indochina style furniture.
We have an additional 8 rooms, if needed, in our adjacent property (Royal Guest Bed & Breakfast). 4 rooms have private balcony's, 2 rooms have kitchenettes, all have private bathrooms and access to the gallery balcony at Balcony Guest bed & breakfast.
