CONDO
Relax in the beautiful master bedroom with a nice big king bed, and patio doors that open onto the ocean front lanai/terrace. Experience expansive ocean views while taking a rain shower in the ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the double sinks and the large walk in closet.
The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and closet space galore.
The master and guest bathrooms both have rain showers. The master bath includes a soaking tub with excellent views of the ocean as well. The guest bath walk-in shower has a lovely stone floor that will massage your feet!
All areas are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine in or eat out at the many delicious restaurants in San Pancho.
There is High Speed Telmex fiber optic WiFi / Internet in the condo, as well as a large screen Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Apple TV, and AmazonPrime Video. We also have an Amazon Firestick with thousands of channels (2023).
Along with the buildings water purification system, we have an additional water purification system in the condo that is regularly maintained. You can safely drink from the faucet in the kitchen and use the ice from the ice maker in the freezer.
Enjoy the large, beautiful pool and large jacuzzi hot tub that the resort has to offer.
GETTING THERE
It's easy to get to San Francisco/San Pancho from the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) or the new Tepic International airport (code: TPQ) via taxi, Uber, rental car or arranged driver. It’s a 45-minute drive through the beautiful tropical jungle corridor. Within San Pancho, everything is within walking distance. However if needed, there are taxi services available as well as Uber services to other towns. Guadalajara is 3 hours away by car.
