The Villas are perfectly located with short walk to center of Troncones and it's absolute beachfront. Great for families with kids. Not a party venue! No Dogs Allowed! There is a massive infinity pool with lounge chairs for the sun and shade too. It's a zero entry pool so it's safe for toddlers and children. The pool looks out over the beach at the ocean. It has the standard infinity depth of a chest deep pool and a large deeper section.
The Villas on Troncones Beach has 9 beautiful Villas ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. All with fully equipped kitchens, AC bedrooms and incredible views of the ocean. It's steps to the pool and the beach.
It's the perfect venue for friends, families, multiple families, reunions, gatherings, and retreats. We have a 1000 sqft covered space for yoga, dance or meditation.

The Villa can be the perfect venue for Retreats and Reunions. Yoga, Surf, Meditation, Corporate, Weddings, Family reunions, Photography, Cooking, and many other group functions.
You can cook your own meals, have your meals prepared for you and/or enjoy the many great restaurants within walking distance. Catered meals can be available, especially in the high season. Romantic dinners on the beach, family picnics, or just preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner can be arranged.
The location is ideal. It's a short walk to the center of Troncones. The beach is great for swimming, surfing, fishing and simply sun bathing.
There's plenty of off street parking as we own the lot across the street and there's a beautiful rock outcropping overlooking The Villa.
Daily housecleaning (except Sunday) is included.
The Villa is a family friendly venue and at many times there will be kids around. It's the perfect kid friendly venue in Troncones.
