The third bedroom has a queen bed with a jack-and-jill bathroom that connects to the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in the den. Linens, towels and beach towels are included, as well as use of the full-sized washer and dryer. The home has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The great room has a large vaulted ceiling, sun-bleached wood, a large ceiling fan and an open floor plan. Including a casual dining area which seats six, and a spacious living room with comfy sofas that look out toward the Gulf; it is the perfect spot to watch the sunset or to gather for a relaxing evening. Another casual area in which to relax is the den complete with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and stereo.
The centrally-located kitchen has granite countertops with bar seating, plenty of space and appliances to make a grand family meal. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the outdoor BBQ grill, as well as to the dining room with seating for twelve.
