Very clean cozy 2 bedroom on the hillside with a beautiful sunset ocean view. The sunset pictures that are posted on my site are from this property. This rental has a very large private back yard, you have no one behind you but the beautiful hills and mountains surrounding Ventura, with a view of Ventura's visual land mark, 2 trees.
(I have recently opened up the intire back yard for only this rental)
This back yard has a beautiful 2 level wood deck great for barbecuing entertaining or just relaxing. Enjoy a glass of wine under the romantically lit back deck. (The pictures say it all.) This property faces a direction that brings in the morning sun, for you to enjoy your coffee/tea. Also in the back yard there is a garden and a canopy area for relaxing.
The times I've lived in this rental, I've enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy, you can easily forget where you are.
This rental has a brand new Cal King bed with beautiful white linens and one queen. You can enjoy a 50 inch Sony HD TV, watch a movie or your favorite TV shows. It has excellent cable Internet wi-Fi.
