BRAND NEW TO VRBO this Private Oasis that has been a GUEST FAVORITE since 2014!! Pool heated by solar panels. (Not Electric) Powerful Wi-fi, 2 Cable TV's, BBQ, fire pit. 4 bikes. Artistic backyard has a wonderful dining area and lounges to catch plenty of sun by pool. It is a quiet neighborhood & not a party house. 1.5 miles to Venice bench & 7 miles from SoFi Stadium & Kia Forum. Host lives in guest house totally respects your privacy & does not use pool or backyard during your stay. You won't see me unless you need me.

The space
House was built in 1941 and has wonderful craftsmanship of oval arches, crown molding & wainscoting. Living room is very cozy with a fireplace & big, comfy leather couch. Cable TV. . Wifi with Nest Ext. Comfy modern Cal King , queen & full pull out couch. Full Kitchen, Spices, cooking oils, Stainless Steel Appliances, Full Size Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove with Convection Oven, Blender, food processor, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Pots, Dishes, Silverware, Iron, Towels, Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner. Original Artwork hangs inside & out. The back yard with pool is private from neighbors and very quiet. BBQ with patio table that seats 5 comfortably. Pool is solar heated with panels on the roof. 4 Bikes. Plenty of street parking, permits supplied upon check in. Public transport very accessible. House Manual is provided to answer your questions. Includes suggestions for restaurants, nearest shopping & fun things to do in LA. You are nestled next to Marina Del Rey and 1.5 miles from Venice Beach. The neighborhood is hip & safe with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Coni, the Host lives in guest house in back with her small friendly dog LUCY and only interacts with guests if they prefer it. Doen't use pool or backyard when guests are here and totally respects your privacy, BACK YARD AND POOL ARE ALL YOURS FOR YOUR STAY.
