Located on the waterfront at the Millers Bay Canals in the quiet Village of Wahpeton, this home has all new furniture and has been styled in a relaxed beach house style that will ensure your time at the lake with family or friends is an awesome experience!
The space
This home in a peaceful part of the lakes district offers a private dock where your boat and jet ski can be kept for the duration of your stay. Enjoy plenty of water fun at popular West Lake or travel by boat across the lake for dinner and entertainment at Arnold’s Park area. The Barefoot Bar and Parks Marina are about a 15 min boat ride away or a 17 min drive. Perhaps you would prefer to just enjoy the ambiance of a fire on the lawns on a cooler night and a BBQ on the grill. This is a family home for creating lasting memories in.

The home itself has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for family entertaining.
A large open plan lounge area flows outside to the deck with table and seating for 6 people.
The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom are on the main level floor while upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. They are both serviced by the family bathroom.
There is a laundry with washer and dryer located on the main level near the front entry.
Outside you'll find a BBQ grill on the deck, a table for entertaining and a fire pit area on the lawn. There is a private dock where you can dock your boat and jet ski. The hoist holds a boat of about 23 foot and under 4,000 pounds. Additional fees may apply for the use of the hoist/lift so please let us know if you're bringing your boat.
All bed linens and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
**IMPORTANT** This property has no fencing between the house and the water so young children must be watched closely at all times. The house is not set up for children under the age of 6 so please be aware that there is no stair gate, or any playpen or high chair provided. You will need to bring your own.
Strictly NO smoking anywhere at the property and NO parties. Immediate eviction for anybody breaching these rules.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and also have use of the private dock and hoist/lift for their boat, with permission.
Other things to note
If you are bringing a boat and plan on docking it at the house dock, you can launch it at the nearby public boat ramp in Emerson Bay.
