Five bedroom house completed in 2020 in a gated ocean side community in South Dartmouth MA. Fantastic views over Buzzards Bay from all rooms in the house. This house is full of light and has lots of space for your entire party to spread out.
First floor has a large open living room, dining room and kitchen with a gas fireplace. Also on the first floor are a private guest suite with en suite bathroom and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Second floor has a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath with large tub and separate shower. There are three additional bedrooms and one full bath with glass shower and one half bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins and an additional two twin beds. Large closets in every bedroom!
Basement has a 65" Smart TV with cable and Netflix.
Need to work while on vacation? There is a desk with monitor, webcam, microphone and speaker bar, Herman Miller chair and an HP all-in-one printer/scanner for your use.
Sea breezes keep you cool but for those hotter days there is central AC throughout the house.
Outside there is an expansive covered porch overlooking the ocean with a dining table seating 10 and separate seating area for relaxing. There is also a large outdoor shower and Weber gas grill.
There is a community swimming dock, beach and tennis court. Included in the rental is a golf cart to take you to the communal facilities or to tour the one mile private road. The charming village of Padanaram with an assortment of restaurants and boutique shops is a short ten minute drive away.
