Camp Sabino is one of the grand old houses of Small Point, a secluded community of several families who have summered here for generations. It is perched upon an ocean bluff with the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean, the Morse Mountain preserve, Popham and Seguin. It has its own beach access. Close by is the wonderful Small Point Summer School.
The space
For over a hundred years the same family has summered in this house. The kitchen is light and airy, with a hidden door behind a bookshelf to a bedroom. It has a stove island, two sinks, and a large fridge and a drinks fridge. You can spend all day on the porch- there are two seating areas, a screened in dining table seating 8, and a hammock at the end. There is a small fire place in the Franklin Stove room, and a huge stone fire place in the great room.

The entire house will be yours. There is parking for three cars. There is a front lawn that leads down to the sand. The local community runs a summer school a ten minute drive away offering day campers exploring, sailing, tennis and a summer play.
