Summary: I really liked this place. I stayed there for 4 nights; I was in Cancun to see my dentist. The place is kind of old, but they have put a lot of work into fixing it up. The reception area/building has (it appears) recently been re-stuccoed. It looks very clean, nice and classy. The women at reception were extremely nice. Teresa even helped save me when I went out for a walk and got lost. My room was freshly painted or re-stuccoed. It looked very nice and was spotlessly clean. A bug or two snuck in thru the small gaps around the door, however. But living in Florida, I get the same thing from time to time. I think the bugs were trying to enjoy the air conditioning of the room, and not about uncleanliness, as the room was spotless. Shower was older looking, but the water gushed out strong and it was hot. Never cooled off on me, which has happened to me at larger more expensive places in Cancun. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. I will definitely visit again. It's well worth the cost; especially since it was very inexpensive. The bad thing: The name was changed, and now even on this site, it has Hotel O Rolovi Cancun. The O is not even used at the hotel that I can see. This made the place a nightmare to find. Siri never could do it, and my taxi drivers had a very hard time. It makes a difference if you are like me, and go off and get lost. Otherwise, the place is super.
