Authentic, newly built mexican casa located within a 3 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to local shops, Mexican and international restaurants. Several surf spots, mountain biking, hiking trails and yoga facilities are nearby. Our casa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 completely equipped kitchens. Our fully landscaped lot includes a private pool, indoor and outdoor living areas, hammocks and lounge chairs. Hot water and ceiling fans throughout the house.
The space
Our casa has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, it is split in 2 apartments so it also has 2 full kitchens. You will have the entire house property and pool to yourselves for total pivacy. Free wifi. (Ac is available but is not included in rental price. There are ceiling fans and floor fans in each bedroom)

Other things to note
Air conditioning is not included in rental price. please ask price before rental to avoid surprises.
The house cleaning is done twice weekly. If needed more often, the cleaning can be done for an extra 300 pesos.
Our gardener is around the house 3 mornings a week to take care of the property, clean the pool and water the plants. Lupita, our wonderful maid is available upon request, for some authentic home cooking and extra help if needed. Ask and she will give you her availability and prices.
