Big house with a garden for a big family (6 people) or group of friends. We have 30 mb/s WiFi for remote working from the house. As well it's very silent inside even though we're right in the center and it's very warm so you won't be cold at night. House is 1 level, no second floor. If you're coming with kids they can play in the garden on the territory, enjoy the sun yourself. House has everything to live here. 2 minutes from walking street del Carmen.
3 very comfortable rooms (2 king beds and 1 double bed), kitchen, living and dining area for hanging out with big table. There's a place to park your car safely inside and not worry about it. It's extremely comfortable to be in this house and stay for vacation. TV with Rokku and Netflix in the Living room for transmitting your favourite movies right from any device and fast WiFi for work or joy.
Important info:
There's a flaw on the floor in the kitchen, it's not entirely straight but it doesn't bother. See the pictures.
It may de a little difficult to park for bigger cars for being right in the center streets are narrow. But it's a great advantage to have a parking space in this area as most of the houses don't have it.
We depend on a local WiFi provider, it may be not always stable due to weather conditions. It is a case for the whole town.
