Located on a large fenced corner lot, this single level home has vaulted ceilings throughout, making the house feel spacious and bright. All furnishings are new and chosen with your comfort in mind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Small appliances include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, air fryer, blender, and toaster. Other kitchen items include spices, cooking oil, food wrap, foil, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap & dishwasher soap.
The large kitchen island has electrical outlets & USB ports for charging your electronics, or working on your laptop.
The split floor plan offers extra privacy in the master suite. Relax with a good book in the family room off of the kitchen, or watch your favorite show or sporting event on the 70" tv in the living room.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, dressers, luggage racks and are set up with 50" tv's ready for you to log in to your favorite streaming services.
Take advantage of the REAL lawn for a game of cornhole or just unwind and relax poolside. If the evening gets chilly there is a propane fire in the outdoor patio table.
For outdoor enthusiasts we are just a short drive or bike ride to trailheads at South Mountain Park Preserve where you'll find over 50 miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. Feel free to use the two mountain bikes provided. If off-roading is your thing, we have secure parking for your ATV's behind the locking double gate.
Casa Tukee is located in a neighborhood surrounded by the Foothills Golf Club, with many other golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is approximately 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and within 30 minutes to Mesa Gateway airport. Major sporting venues are located within a 30 minute drive.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property, except 2 locked owner closets in house and locked cabinets in garage.
Other things to note:
The landscaping crew comes to the property every second Monday. If this is happening during your stay you will be notified.
The pool cleaner comes to the property every Friday. He generally arrives between 10am & 12 pm and stays 15-30 mins.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2024-000268. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras.
Two cameras are mounted on the front of the house looking at the driveway & street area.
A camera is at the side of the house looking at the shed, gate and ATV parking area.
A camera is at the back of the house looking at the kitchen patio door area (not facing interior).
One camera is in the garage looking toward large garage door and bicycles.
One camera is mounted on the lattice on back fence facing the pool area (for your comfort & privacy it is acceptable to cover this camera only. Please remove any items covering camera when pool is not in use and before check-out).
For insurance purposes, all cameras are monitored, motion-activated and record video and sound. They do not look into any interior spaces. Tampering with or covering any cameras ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE is strictly forbidden and can result in immediate cancellation and eviction.
