The train tracks to the back of the property has been non-operational for over 20yrs and has the state and county approval to become a 'rails to trails' in the coming years. With the convenience of it's ease of location to many of our local and beautiful attractions in the foothills, it's many all season events, very close to FENCE, Harmon Field - Tryon, and only 14 mins to the TIEC (Tryon International Equestrian Center), Cottage Grantley is all about location, location, location. This cottage is within walking distance, for those who enjoy a stroll, into the picturesque small town America Landrum - with local it's big heart salutations and a true feel of south comfort. Being nestled in a quiet neighborhood just down from main-street with all it's shops, restaurants, boutiques, and cafe's - Cottage Grantley is ready to for your stay. There is off-street parking right out front, a back deck with patio table and chairs, and grass covered yards to enjoy with your furry 4-legged family member.
