Relax at this peaceful, unique, private, centrally-located cozy home that sits on over an acre of property. You can recline on the front porch swing or rocker, or just lounge on the back patio deck. Pool also features a sun deck for lounging or eating with family. Centrally located to all. Shopping, restaurants and attractions only 20 minutes to the beach! The pool on the property. The space
This cozy home has a great an open concept living space. Large master bedroom with siting area. Second bedroom is standard size with full size bed. Third bedroom is a flex space. offering the opportunity to use as a office workspace or easily a third bedroom using the twin Murphy bed. The pool is shared with the front house which may or may not booked at the same time.
You can enjoy the rocker or swing on the front porch for those lazy afternoons and enjoy the serene view. From the dining areaa you enter the back porch that can become an extension of the kitchen during experience.
Drive-In carport with direct entrance into home, keeps you dry on those rainy days.
