A. Our Hacienda Lord Twigg is conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive from the Airport, making it easily accessible for our guests.
Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Absolutely! Hacienda Lord Twigg is situated steps away from a variety of local family restaurants that offer an authentic Mexican gastronomic experience. In the vibrant Versalles neighborhood, you'll find an array of dining options with a wide variety of dishes and services to suit every palate.
Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Our reception is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, so if you arrive after Susana's working hours and haven't communicated it through our various communication channels, please note that the identification and entry process may take longer than usual.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If we don't have a same-day check-in, we may be able to accommodate an extension of your check-out time until 12:00 pm. However, please note that for every hour beyond 12:00 pm, a charge of $10.00 USD will apply.
To request a late check-out, please make sure to inform us in advance. If a tenant fails to report their intention for a late check-out, penalties will begin to apply from the first hour after 11:00 a.m.
Q. What is provided in the rental?
A. We want to ensure your comfort during your stay, so we provide sheets and bedding for all the beds, as well as towels for all the bathrooms. Additionally, there is a starter pack of essential paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels. You will also find bottles of water (600 milliliters each) to get you started on your vacation. Toiletries such as soaps are also provided. Please note that after the starter pack of products, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves.
Q. Exchange rate.
A. For any penalties, additional charges, or services agreed upon during your stay, the exchange rate is set at $20.00 Mexican Pesos (MN) for every $1.00 USD. This ensures transparency and convenience for our guests.
