Downstairs you will find an open concept living room with fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and dining room. You will also find vaulted ceilings and the living area is flooded with natural light from 10 windows. There is a smart TV over fireplace for entertainment needs.
You will also find a (rare for the neighborhood) private backyard that backs up to the wolf river channel. There is a nice covered porch and a separate patio with outdoor string lights and comfortable patio furniture.
Upstairs you will find 2 private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The larger primary bedroom has a private balcony, King sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, large bathroom with separate tub and shower, and a closet for storage.
The secondary smaller bedroom has a private bathroom, queen sized bed, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, and a closet for storage.
Our home also offers guests Samsung washer and dryer, 2 car private garage for parking and a parking pad outside of garage for additional parking. Garage is accessed by keypad located outside of garage.
