Welcome to our comfortable and chic four bedroom private home! This home is built for outdoor living with a pool, fire pit, lounge area, BBQ grill, hot tub and lots of sun! Indoors you will find a completely open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen all connect! This home is perfect for a large family gathering or friends alike! We are family friendly as the home comes with a pack n play and high chair! Ask about our golf and spa connections!
Here at our 1469sqft home, our guests will find a relaxing getaway with modern updates and private backyard! The eat in kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials to cook a great meal while you're staying with us. The bedrooms are plenty spacious to host a group of family or friends (6 adults plus their dependent children) and our bathrooms are stocked toiletries to get your stay started.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft's for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
