The space
Upstairs of the home completely private from entertainment quarters downstairs, with a door at the top of the steps for privacy. Private bedroom with Queen bed, facing backyard. Bonus room with twin daybed with trundle (2 single beds) , overlooking backyard. Two street view bedrooms; one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One spacious half bath on the bottom floor, full bathroom on top floor.

Unfortunately, due to a recent land purchase and real estate development, the watershed area is no longer accessible in terms of fishing/boating. Guests are no longer allowed on the water or able to use. However, as mentioned the backyard offers premium sunset views and plenty of space for you to comfortably enjoy.

Other things to note
******PARKING IS A MAJOR ISSUE******
Please no obnoxious, loud parties. Please, no smoking in the house..especially hookah. Not only because of the smoke smell but the risk of property damage due to burns/fire.
Parking is a major issue due to there being only one way in and one way out of the subdivision, causing a lot of cars out front of the home being an issue. It is a fire hazard to park on both sides of the street. 2 cars allowed in driveway, 3-6 cars allowed to park across the street in front of the home over night, and that is all. Parking has become an issue as of late, so this note is to hopefully prevent parking issues going forward, due to the neighbors will possibly call a tow truck or even police if you do not abide this clause. (Ring video doorbell recently to prevent this going forward. Only faces driveway and front yard. No cameras in backyard or inside home.)
