Layout is as follows : BASEMENT : walk out finished basement with Family room , (Equipped with a large flat screen TV bumper pool table DVD and Wii gaming system) Wood stove, Half kitchen, bedroom with a ( full bottom bunk, twin upper bunk and a pull out trundle bed ) full bathroom and washer and dryer.
