This spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is perfect for families and groups of up to ten.
The large, flat, fully-fenced section provides plenty of safe space for kids to kick a ball or enjoy outdoor games, while the generous deck and BBQ area invite laid-back outdoor living and evening family meals.
Convenience is at your doorstep. Town centre is only a 3-minute drive away, where you will find a range of cafe's, local boutique shops and weekend markets. New World Supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away.
Your base is just moments from everything Whitianga has to offer. For a touch of luxury, The Lost Spring thermal pools are a mere 5 minutes by car.
The property has plenty of off-street parking including room for the boat. The boat-ramp is just minutes away, making for easy fishing or cruising on the Mercury Bay waters.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a comfortable lounge with ample seating and great flow to the outdoors. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy swimmers, plus laundry facilities to keep things easy during your holiday.
The fourth bedroom/bunk-room is a converted space in the garage. There is no internal access between the house and attached bunk-room - however, the door to the bunk-room is just one step from the front door. This space is ideal for older kids or teens, and has a couch and TV.
The remaining 3 bedrooms, and bathroom are inside the main part of the house. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There is another separate toilet.
