Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is 3 min to W. Bay/Marina, 3 miles to Downtown TC, and quick access to Leelanau County (wineries, beaches, restaurants, & hiking trails.) Walking distance to the TART trail and public park (tennis, volleyball & basketball courts/baseball/playground/soccer field). Spend your day enjoying all that TC has to offer and come back to your home away from home and enjoy a lovely bonfire in the fenced in backyard and then stream your favorite show in the the theatre room!
The space
Our home is a newly renovated ranch style home with 3 bedrooms /2 baths.
The home features full kitchen, two living rooms, private fenced in backyard with a deck and a fire pit patio. The home has a 2 car attached garage and also space to store a smaller boat on the side of the garage.

Full Kitchen with Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with all of your cooking essentials!
Living Rooms-
This home features 2 living rooms. One that is right off the kitchen so you can socialize with your group while in the kitchen. The other is more of a theatre style room with a 58' inch Samsung Smart 4K LED TV and blackout curtains to enhance your viewing! Come home from a long day at the beach and curl up to your favorite movie/show! This living room also features a fold out sofa.

Features a King size bed, 2 bed size tables, large closet with a full size dresser in it and private attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2-
Features a Queen size bed, 2 bed side tables, with a small dresser, and full closet.

Features two Twin beds, shared bed side table, a full size dresser, and full closet.
2 Bathrooms-
The main bathroom features a bath/shower combo and is right down the hall from the theatre living room and across from Bedroom 2 &3.
The other bathroom is privately attached to the master bedroom and features a shower only.
Outdoor Space-
This home features a fully fenced in private backyard. It features a deck off the kitchen with a lovely seating area that feels extremely private due to the landscaping. When you walk off the deck you enter the well groomed grass (perfect for yard games) and paver patio with a fire pit so that you can enjoy a glass of wine fireside while gazing at the stars!
Garage-
Attached 2 car garage perfect to get your cars or toys out of the elements. When you enter the home from the garage you will walk into the kitchen/dining area.
Basement-
Washer/Dryer located in the basement.
Cedar Lake-
It's a great little inland lake (252 acres) lake for waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding. There is no public beach access at this lake. However there is a public launch for your boat/kayak.
Harbor West Marina-
Less than a 3 minute drive (1.2 miles) the Harbor West Marina
Grielickville Harbor Park-
4 min drive to Grielickville Harbor Park where there is a swimming beach, playground, pavilions, charcoal grills, etc.
After enjoying the sights of Northern Michigan come back to retreat and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the backyard, grill some food, stay up late and stargaze.
