State Fair Event Pre-Authorization Policy:
• To secure reservations, guest cards will be authorized 48 hours prior to check-in due to the State Fair event.

• Pet fees: $20 per pet per night.
• Please contact the property for confirmation if you plan to bring a second pet.
• Cats are not allowed.

Deposit Policy
• Property takes minimal of $100 upto $150 as deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
