Cozy country cottage, decorated with beautiful antique furniture and decor. Full service available - will stock fridge and help in any way. Start your morning at the breakfast table in front of the wood burning stove or long outdoor dining table. Get a great work out in the private gym w peloton, nordic track treadmill, and weights or swim (in summer) in the large swimming pool complete with diving board. There are several outdoor lounge areas with sofas and chairs; outdoor shower. You can barbecue on the Weber 3-burner outdoor grill and enjoy your lunch on the deck (table for 12) or by the pool. At night, lounge in the living room with large 60-inch screen 8k smart television (brand new). There is a private separate Zoom room w separate internet and copier. The Kitchen is fully stocked with serving pieces, plates, cutlery, stemware all brought in from my travels.
The property is 2 acres with the front acre being totally open space to play. There's even enough room for a football or soccer game with a giant soccer net (we have soccer balls for the kids). There is a large yard behind the sunroom, and yet another yard by the side of the pool. There are 4 bicycles to bike around or to the beach which is a short distance away. The house is near Round Swamp Farm and you can walk there for your groceries. The house is on Three Mile Harbor (long flag lot so no noise at all) and a short walk to Nick & Toni's or to town. (7 minutes)
3 of the bedrooms have queens size beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and twin on top. All the bedrooms have nice bedding, blankets, and towels. There is one bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. There is a newly created downstairs marble bathroom that is accessible from inside the house or from the pool. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. However, please note that the middle bedroom with the bunk bed, is not totally private because one has to walk through the middle bedroom to reach the bathroom and back bedroom. Thus, this middle bedroom is more suitable to a single person or children. Also, the beds are and pillows are encased and allergen proof.
For the winter, the house has 3-zone central heating as well as an antique wood burning stove in the sunroom. There is dual zone central air conditioning (one for upstairs and one for downstairs).
