There are 4 tiny cabins on our property. If Cabin #4 is booked, check out our other listings or message us about renting all 4 for your private retreat, reunion, or gathering! damage to or theft of the property.
Personal Belongings: We will not be held responsible for personal items left at the cabin. Please check the cabin carefully to make sure that you have all personal belongings before you leave. We will be happy to mail you an item left behind for the cost of packaging and shipping the item.
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Property maintenance: Please note that while we try to have the property maintained between bookings, instances occur in which the landscaper will mow the yard during your stay. He is very quick and is typically done in less than half an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you are uncomfortable with this, please just let us know and we can try to reschedule it.

IN ADDITION, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND RELEASE THE KICKING BACK RENTALS PARTIES FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ON YOUR ACCOUNT CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RAD REAL ESTATE PARTIES OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS.
